Delete Your AVSPLAY Account

AVSPLAY users may request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

Delete Account from the App

• Open the AVSPLAY app.
• Go to Profile or Settings.
• Select Delete Account.
• Review the confirmation message.
• Confirm your deletion request.

After confirmation, the request will be processed according to applicable data-retention and legal requirements.

Request Deletion Without App Access

If you cannot access the app, use the official AVSPLAY support contact published on the platform and request account deletion using the mobile number or email address associated with your account, where applicable.

Data That May Be Deleted

• User profile information
• Name and account details
• Registered mobile number or email address
• Saved account preferences
• User-specific application data associated with the account

Data That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained where required for legal obligations, fraud and security prevention, dispute resolution, enforcement of agreements, technical records or other legitimate purposes permitted by applicable law.
